Generalist Counsellor/HealthOne Integration Coordinator

This position will work as 0.5FTE Generalist Counsellor based at Cooma Community Health Centre and 0.5 FTE Integration Coordinator position based at Jindabyne Community Health Centre, providing counselling services to target populations within these communities. This includes assessment, case management, referral, support and advocacy for clients.
